Where I Live
I live in the Comox Valley. It is in the province of British Columbia, Canada. For a map of the Comox Valley and a great website based on things to do in the Comox Valley click here. For a larger map showing where the Comox Valley is in the world click here.
I just recently moved to the Comox Valley. I used to live in a small town with about 3000 people called Port McNeill. I like it here in the Comox Valley because we can see mountains and the ocean and even a glacier. This place is really unique.
There are all kinds of opportunities here such as all season long soccer which you know I would be excited about. There are also a lot of sports the school organizes such as Floor Hockey, Volleyball, Dodgeball and Soccer!
Here are some fun websites you can visit. Both of these locations are near the Comox Valley. Mount Washington and the Comox Valley Aquatic Centre. The Comox Valley is made up of many different cities and towns. Here is a list of them: Comox, Courtenay, Cumberland, Denman Island and Hornby Island. I live in Courtenay.
The school I go to in Courtenay is very large compared to my old school in Port McNeill. It has about 520 students! The school has about three Grade 6 classes. I have made a lot of new friends at my new school. The school also provides a very fun way to learn such as blogging for example.
